Oxford House Inc.

Oxford House Incorporated is a non-profit organization that started with one house in Silver Spring Maryland in 1975.  There are now over 2,700 houses nationwide with more than 22,000 beds for individuals wanting to find a new way to live, without the use of alcohol and drugs.  The peer to peer support and behavioral model used is unique, time-tested and is included in The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's (SAMHSA) National Registries of Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP)
